Isha Cab Hubli – Terms and Conditions

Customers are required to pay the rental fare as per the rates and schedules displayed on the Isha Cab Hubli website at the time of booking. Additional charges, including parking fees, tolls, service tax, state tax, and any other applicable fees, will be borne by the customer in accordance with applicable laws.

Please note that services shown on our site may not be available in your area. Displaying these services on the site does not guarantee their availability in all regions. By using Isha Cab Hubli’s services, the customer acknowledges and accepts all associated risks, and the company disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience, customers must avoid the following behaviors while using a taxi:

  • Prohibited Conduct: Smoking or consuming intoxicants inside the vehicle is not allowed. If the customer appears intoxicated, misbehaves, or creates a disturbance, the driver may refuse service or ask the customer to exit the vehicle.
  • Vehicle Cleanliness: Customers should avoid littering, soiling, or damaging the taxi’s interior.
  • Handling of Devices: Misuse or damage of any devices in the taxi, whether technical or non-technical, is prohibited.
  • Traffic Compliance: Customers must not request the driver to break any Traffic, RTO, or local laws.
  • Passenger Limit: Adherence to the maximum passenger limit is required. The driver may refuse service if there is pressure to exceed this limit.
  • Luggage Limitations: Overloading the boot space or placing luggage in seating areas is discouraged.
  • Additional Charges: Extra charges may apply for distant locations and tolls.
  • Responsibility for Missed Connections: Isha Cab Hubli is not responsible for missed train, flight, or bus connections. If a cab does not arrive as scheduled, customers should make alternative arrangements.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations or trip modifications must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For multi-day trips, the first day’s charge will be deducted. No refunds are issued for single-day trips canceled within 24 hours.

The company does not guarantee that:

  1. The services will meet the customer’s specific requirements. The services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
  2. Isha Cab Hubli is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or unavailability of services due to customer error, system malfunction, or external circumstances, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
  3. Isha Cab Hubli makes no warranties regarding service quality, suitability, merchantability, or fitness for any purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  4. Isha Cab Hubli may modify these terms at any time, and continued use of services implies acceptance of any changes.
